Reckless driving reported on southbound I-215

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible reckless driver in a blue Hyundai Accent heading south on I-215 north of McCall, with the vehicle swerving, tailgating, and unable to maintain a safe speed. The license plate provided appears to return to a different vehicle registered out of another city.
