Van left in handicap spot at courthouse lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly abandoned green Ford van parked in a handicap space near the courthouse on 10th Avenue. The reporting party advised the van would remain there over the weekend and it was determined this likely would not be a problem.
