Small ditch fire outside auto parts store

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a reported small ditch fire near an auto parts store on State Line Road. The fire was reportedly extinguished by a passerby and responding units were canceled. Separate radio traffic also mentioned a possible theft of tools and materials from a work site on Martin Street and a citizen complaint about people fishing on a lot on Anchor Way.
