Man with back pain and breathing issues behind store

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 45-year-old male with back pain and breathing difficulty was reported behind Dollar General in Merrill. He may have kidney failure. Emergency responders arrived on scene and made patient contact outside the building.
