Person found deceased after well-being check at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was sent to check on a person at a residence on West 115th Street in Merrionette Park. The call was later discontinued by police, and ambulance personnel reported the patient was apparently deceased and cleared from the scene.
