Woman having difficulty speaking between breaths near Miami

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched in Miami for a 45-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man, each reportedly having difficulty speaking between breaths at separate addresses near Northeast 31st Street and North Miami Avenue. One patient was transported to a hospital in Coral Gables.
