Shoplifting and trespassing at Target on Martin Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported trespassing and theft at a retail store near Martin Boulevard in Middle River. A woman, described as about 40 to 50 years old and dressed in black with an American flag hat and a dark (description withheld), allegedly stole meat and ran out toward the rear of the store.
