As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a possible stroke involving a 53-year-old woman at a residence near Willow Drive in Rio Grande. Radio traffic noted slurred speech, inability to move, altered mental status, a history of diabetes, and recent gallbladder surgery.
