Male with chest pain at Valero gas station in Middlebury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a gas station on Straits Turnpike for a male in a white Toyota Camry reporting chest pain and a possible heart attack. Units arrived and located the patient at the gas station and then at the vehicle in the parking area.
