Vehicle crashes off road into creek near Middletown

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a reported traffic collision near the (number withheld) block of Butts Canyon Road by Guenoc Valley Road, where a vehicle apparently went off the roadway into a creek with a patient still inside.
