Traffic stop at 16th Avenue and Wisconsin Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after it traveled westbound on 16th Avenue and came to a stop near 16th Avenue and Wisconsin Street. Another unit was requested to assist and provide cover at the scene.
