Young child found unclothed in roadway with dog

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to the area of Ottawa Street and Oxford State Road for reports of a small unclothed child in the roadway with a dog. The child, described as nonverbal and autistic, was reportedly being followed by a driver with hazard lights on to keep the child safe while a parent was contacted, and the parent was said to be coming from a nearby address.
