Child walking unclothed in roadway with dog

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received multiple calls about a nonverbal autistic child walking unclothed in the roadway near Ottawa Street and Oxford State Road, accompanied by a dog. A driver with hazard lights on was reportedly following to help keep the child safe while responders headed toward the nearby industrial entrance.
