Tree down blocks Cincinnati Avenue at Third Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Cincinnati Avenue at Third Street in Middletown for a reported tree down blocking the roadway. Units also responded to Commerce Street in Middletown for an apparent medical emergency involving an elderly man with a rapid heart rate. Town maintenance was notified to remove the tree.
