Neighbor reports driver passing close to pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a reckless driving complaint in a Middleville neighborhood involving an ongoing neighbor dispute. A caller reported that a neighbor driving a white Jeep allegedly passed very close while the caller was walking in the roadway.
