Report of cat screaming near Eastgate Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Eastgate Road and Robertson Road in Midlothian for a possible animal welfare issue after a caller reported hearing a cat screaming for about 40 minutes. The caller reported living off Fairhaven in the Grove area.
