Person with cardiac problem and altered mental status reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apartment near Sedberry Lane and Swift Circle in Midlothian for a reported cardiac problem with altered mental status. The response was later downgraded and the situation was reported under control.
