Woman unconscious and not breathing in midvale car

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a possible cardiac arrest involving an unconscious, not breathing adult woman in a black Jeep Cherokee parked near a business on East 7200 South in Midvale. CPR has reportedly been started by someone on scene.
