Female in wheelchair claims fractured back, trouble breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about a suspicious woman in a wheelchair on Limerick Road who reportedly has a fractured back and says she cannot breathe. She also reportedly tried to enter a nearby house while asking about puppies. EMS and fire were started to check on her condition.
