Large tree hazard on North River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a large, unstable tree hanging near the 2200 block of North River Road in the county area near Midway. Public works has been notified and is sending someone to assess and address the hazard while a unit remains on scene as an early warning.
