As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man walking along Blue Room Road in Midway, possibly near the 600 to 700 blocks, screaming and carrying a large object. The caller suspected he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and it later appeared to be the same man from an earlier call who was trying to get home. The call was cleared.
