Juveniles on dirt bike briefly evade officer; parent contacted

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported two very young juveniles riding a dirt bike on the road near W State St. When the officer changed their emergency lights, the juveniles rode off briefly but then pulled into a nearby driveway, and the officer spoke with a parent.
