Wires and broken pole block Fairbanks school entrance

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to reports of power lines and a broken utility pole blocking the entrance to Fairbanks High School on State Route 38. A vehicle apparently struck the pole, and the electric company was notified. Rescue units were later canceled once the situation was assessed.
