Argument at bar on South Highland Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent assault outside a bar on South Highland Drive in Millcreek. A man allegedly made an obscene gesture toward a woman and pushed his finger into her face. The reporting party and the woman were waiting outside near a white Volkswagen Tiguan while the suspected man remained inside the bar.
