Ex-boyfriend throws object at apartment window

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex near South 300 East in Millcreek after a resident reported that her ex-boyfriend came to her home and threw something at her window. The ex-partner had apparently left before officers arrived and was reported to possibly be under the influence of an unknown substance.
