Two-car injury crash at Lancaster and Refugee streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible injury crash involving two vehicles near Lancaster Street and Refugee Street in Millersport. Police were already on scene, and the fire chief arrived to investigate. Some medical and rescue units were later canceled from the call.
