Reported assault/harassment followed by pursuit in red Toyota Corolla

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a caller saying a bearded male assaulted/harassed their group and injured friends, and that they are now being followed by two vehicles that are flashing a light bar. The caller reported taking side streets to evade; one suspect vehicle was described as a red Toyota Corolla. Location given as eastbound CA-44 just west of Millville Plains.
