Person sitting on road center line blocks traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a male sitting on the yellow center line of Beaverdam Road near a church in Millwood with a bag beside him, reportedly refusing to move for oncoming vehicles. Deputies and medical responders were advised and a unit later indicated they would be out with the man.
