Minor crash on I-880 with driver refusing details

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested for a possible non-injury traffic collision on southbound I-880 near the Dixon Landing off-ramp in Milpitas. Two vehicles, a white Ford pickup and a white Mazda SUV, were reportedly involved, with one party refusing to exchange information.
