Child found playing alone near Mahoning and Shakespeare

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a young child playing alone in the grass near Mahoning Street and Shakespeare Avenue by a union building. They later made contact with the child at a location on Broadway and returned toward the original intersection.
