Pedestrian walking in wrong freeway lanes detained

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies monitored a pedestrian walking against highway traffic lanes near South 84th Street and West Howard Avenue in Milwaukee. The person moved out of the traffic lanes but later appeared to run from a squad before being detained near the stadium area. Units remained on scene to assist.
