Tree down on power lines blocking McLister Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near the (number withheld) block of McLister Avenue in Mingo Junction for a tree that apparently fell into power lines and brought them down across the roadway, leading to traffic being blocked at Logan Street and McLister Avenue while utilities and street crews were notified.
