Tree limb on power line sparks fire in Minier

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a large tree limb resting on an overhead power line near Western Avenue, apparently causing a tree fire and a broken utility pole with a power line down near Butler and Western in Minier, Illinois.
