Man unconscious with head injury and bleeding after substance use

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were sent to a location near South 8th Street in Minonk for a possible overdose involving an unconscious adult man in a bathroom who had labored breathing, head and nose bleeding, and vomiting blood after Narcan was given multiple times. Responders were advised to enter through the front entrance where a nurse was already on scene.
