Possible intoxicated person reported on Pioneer Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Pioneer Drive in Minooka for a report of a possibly intoxicated man in his 30s wearing a red shirt and blue jeans who was reportedly damaging or taking items from a lawn. It was unknown if any weapons were involved, and the caller disconnected before more information was obtained.
