Female stuck behind toilet with possible broken ribs

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency at Rambling Villa Apartments near 22nd Avenue Northwest involved a female who may have fallen and was stuck behind a toilet with possible broken ribs. Officers were trying to gain access to the apartment four.
