Three teen athletes exposed to chlorine/chemical at Minster Swimming Pool, trouble breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to the Minster Swimming Pool near W 7th St and Hanover for a reported chlorine/chemical exposure from a pool pump. Three athletes (about 15–16 years old) reportedly ingested the chemical and were struggling to breathe; one reported chest burning and one was becoming lethargic.
