Driver reports erratic sedan on Grape and Douglas

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a traffic complaint about a white four-door sedan, possibly a Hyundai Sonata, reportedly driving erratically near Grape Road and West Douglas Road in Mishawaka. The vehicle was flashing its lights, honking, and had apparently been following the caller northbound before stopping.
