Patient history of gyracin, vitals as funneled, heart rate 116, blood pressure 123, over 68, 02 at 89, with supplemental oxygen, Two liters per minute. We're coming from the level part of entry with a 64-year-old female animal transport with UCS of 15. A patient with a chief complaint of right shoulder pain and right humorous pain. Satisfosed a fall at ground level. There was negative LOC. She's a negative blood thinners. A patient was ambulatory. There appears to be deformity to the right shoulder. It's happened at about 10 this morning. It has allergies to leoquin, has a history of diabetes, and acerprosis. Initibloops, 18, 18,000, heart rate of 74, respirations 18, 02 SATs, 97% room air, that a finger stick of 3-07. A patient has been given 4-medulose of morphine, VIV, and 4-Mil-Jos of Zof-WIN. We do have IVAX, cardiac monitor shown a sinus rhythm. We should be your facility in about five minutes. Do you have any questions?
