Man with swollen foot and breathing difficulty in Mitchell

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to a home near 16th Avenue in Mitchell for a 60-year-old man with a very swollen foot who was reportedly unable to walk and was also having significant difficulty breathing. The caller requested transport to Regional West, and fire units were paged multiple times with no apparent response heard over the radio.
