Man with knife threatens man and his vehicle tires

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two men behind a gas station near Orangeburg and Evergreen, including one man reportedly armed with a knife. The man with the knife was allegedly threatening the reporting party and making threats to damage or steal the vehicle’s tires, and there were also reported threats to kill. Officers responded to contact everyone involved.
