Trucks doing donuts and speeding around Modoc streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, two vehicles—a white Chevy truck with bronze doors and a red Ford F‑150 with a silver stripe—were reportedly seen doing donuts and speeding around Modoc near Wine Street and Baldwin. The vehicles were last seen near a residence around the 1000 block.
