Tree branches down near Main and Herbert streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews respond to reports of a small tree or large branches down near Main Street by Court Street and Herbert Street. The debris appears to be in the parkway and in a yard on Wilson, with no power lines reported down and buildings apparently unaffected.
