Report of speeding pickup near highways 139 and 18

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement issued a BOLO for a reportedly hazardous driver in a newer model pickup traveling westbound on Highway 18 near Highway 139. An officer later contacted the driver, who reported traveling at about 68 miles per hour, and the situation was cleared.
