Disabled box truck blocking lane on interstate

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to a disabled box truck on Interstate 90 near N D Street in Monmouth, Illinois. Crews checked the vehicle and awaited a private service estimated to arrive in about 30 minutes. Two Illinois license plates were recorded for the trucks involved.
