Bank fire alarm from lower-level heat detector

As discussed during the dispatch call, monroe Center firefighters were dispatched to a reported fire alarm at a bank on North Clark Street, apparently triggered by a lower-level heat detector. A keyholder reported the alarm has been an ongoing issue, and crews were told they could disregard if nothing obvious was found.
