Odor of gas reported at Gateway Drive apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of a strong odor of gas and possible smoke at apartments in the (number withheld) Gateway Drive complex in Monroe City. Residents were apparently evacuated outside while fire, ambulance, and law enforcement units checked the buildings and contacted the gas company.
