Man falls due to dizziness and hits head in Monroe City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to a location on South Locust Street in Monroe City for a reported 45-year-old man who apparently became dizzy, fell forward, struck his head, and showed altered mental status, including being cold and clammy, but with no active bleeding reported.
