Motorcycle speeding and passing unsafely on Highway 36

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a blue or purple sports motorcycle traveling westbound on Highway 36 from the Monroe City area at high speeds and possibly making unsafe passing maneuvers.
