Disabled vehicle blocking intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to the intersection of Route 63 and Heritage Green for a disabled Honda CRV that is apparently blocking the intersection. The situation appears to involve a traffic obstruction but no injuries or crashes were reported in the radio traffic.
